Several young minds out there have wasted their time and God’s given talents on frivolities, unconstitutional and criminal acts. The Observarium have observed all things and it is pertinent for us to call for a change, a change that has led to the call for adjustments in order to meet the needs of our ever dynamic society. The Observarium is a non-political organization interactive, pro-active and ready to help the youths unleash that in them.
However, in Nigeria today we have lots of young minds out there endowed with unquantified talents but are wasting it on frivolities because we believe in one of the sayings that say’s: “the greatest tragedy of life is what dies inside of a man while he lives and it is not what we don’t have that limits us but, what we have and do not know how best to make effective use of them”. It is in this light that we deem it fit to engage the young minds in the creative use of their talents.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Our objective is to empower youths with necessary information in the realization of their various dreams.
To enable them know that to be successful in life you need not be wealthy, have a good family background, be a genus or even a graduate it is a matter of linking that God-given talents with whatever you want to achieve.
To hold programmes to empower youths, which will serve as a platform where speakers will share experience fostering academic excellence among students and youths alike. Active participation, as a body of advocate in the activities of the youths, providing platform where alternative solutions can be given to the present political and socio-economic problems in Nigeria.
More so, to reach out to young minds around the university and to encourage youths to have minds of making positive impact in their various environment and wherever they find themselves.
